The AACB Annual Conference is back for its 30th year with a new name and vision: Destination Business Events. Melbourne Convention Bureau (MCB) is thrilled to host the conference in Melbourne from 18 to 20 September.
Destination Business Events is a place where the demand side of the business events industry will come together with the common goal of growing Australia’s business events competitiveness. Values of the conference feature collaboration, connection, growth and advocacy.
This year’s conference theme “Customer Experience: Laneways to Success” will explore the customer’s needs (whether association clients, meeting planners, government, delegates, members) and how we can evolve our products and services to drive longer lasting relationships, greater loyalty, improved customer experiences and ultimately greater business success.
The conference aims to challenge our thinking about the customer experience. Whether your customer is a client, a member, Government or a delegate, you will learn new and innovative ways to engage and strengthen your relationships. Our panel of expert speakers will share their insights into their customer needs and how they have transformed their organisations to build their brands, reach new markets and create new revenue streams.
