AACB's Staff Scholarship for 2021/22 will continue to support crisis recovery that considers the future of Australia’s business events industry.
Two successful convention bureau staff will each receive a $3,300 grant to undertake a proposed project of career development that brings benefit to their bureau and AACB members.
Project nominations need to be business events focused and relevant to crisis recovery. It should incorporate recovery of the domestic and/or international business events markets in Australia and address recovery in the short, medium and long term.

To achieve the outcomes of your project, AACB supports undergoing professional development, registration of events, access to research and support that may be required from other services.
Eligible applicants must be employed by an AACB member, within a convention bureau or business events department.

Applicants agree by submitting an application that as part of the judging process, they may be required for a videoconference interview by the judging panel.
Applications close 5pm AEDT Friday 15 October 2021.
